Possible Uses: Nausea, indigestion, fever, migraines, toothache, bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, dry coughs, sinus congestion, aching feet, rheumatism, muscular aches, liver problems, depression, stress, itching, skin redness, dermatitis, ringworm, acne, sunburn.
How to use: In a base cream/lotion or gel add 20 drops per 50g. In a bath add 7 drops to bath water. In massage oil add 10 drops per 20ml. In vapourizer or burner mix 6 drops with water. In a Room spritz add 10 drops to 250ml of water. On a compress – 4 drops per 250ml water.
Precautions: Discontinue if any discomfort or irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Keep away from eyes. Avoid during pregnancy. Do not use undiluted.
